Housekeeping Attendant (Full-Time)

About the role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join its Dubai hotel team. You will ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, bed making, linen removal, vacuuming, bathroom and interior window cleaning.
• Replenish rooms with supplies and maintain cleanliness of linen and supply closets.
• Use cleaning‑in‑progress signs, keep doors closed, and coordinate with room service for tray/trolley removal.
• Maintain accurate room status reports at shift end and report any issues to the floor supervisor.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, report suspicious persons, and flag health & safety hazards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, emptying vacuums when full.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards and follow all departmental policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Friendly, pleasant disposition with strong guest interaction skills.
• High level of personal cleanliness and grooming.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable but not mandatory.
