Housekeeping Attendant – Full‑Time

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures guest rooms are cleaned and prepared to Pullman brand standards, providing a welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, bed making, linen removal, vacuuming, bathroom and window cleaning.
• Replenish rooms with supplies and follow brand standards for presentation.
• Use cleaning‑in‑progress signs, keep doors closed, and coordinate with room service for tray/trolley removal.
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment; empty vacuum cleaners when full.
• Accurately report room status at shift end and keep linen and supply closets organized.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, suspicious persons, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to security procedures.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Friendly, pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects safely.
