Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms, corridors and service areas at NH Collection Dubai The Palm are cleaned and maintained to the brand’s high standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, corridors and service areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels and guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, windows, floors and other fixtures.
• Replenish guest supplies and minibar items as required.
• Stock housekeeping trolleys before each shift.
• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
• Respect guest privacy and adhere to Do Not Disturb procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety hazards and unusual situations immediately.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen rooms, pantries and storage areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and professionalism.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor and attend daily briefings.
• Respect for guest privacy and strict adherence to Do Not Disturb policies.
• Prompt and courteous response to guest requests and complaints.
• Attention to detail when reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards.
