Housekeeping Attendant (Male & Female)

About the role

Yosh is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across its property in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing rooms and public areas, handling guest belongings with care, and supporting the overall housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replace towels, dust, polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries, minibar items, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
• Inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness for guest occupancy.
• Report lost property, maintenance defects, safety hazards, and guest concerns promptly.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen safely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms, and work areas in an organized, fully stocked condition.
• Collect, sort, and deliver soiled and clean linen following hygiene procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and refer complaints to the supervisor.
• Support deep‑cleaning activities, special events, seasonal cleaning, and other operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, room attendant, or similar cleaning role is preferred.
• Experience in hotel, serviced apartment, residential, healthcare, catering, or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Required skills

• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen handling.
