About the role

The Housekeeping Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

Manage housekeeping tasks such as rosters, registers, stock takes, guest supply levels, par stocks, and maintenance defect records.
Coordinate orders, deliveries, stationery, and operating equipment for the department.
Liaise with front‑office, back‑office, contractors and suppliers to meet service requirements promptly.
Maintain health, hygiene and professional appearance of all housekeeping areas.
Work independently or as part of a team to uphold high‑quality standards.

Required profile

Matriculation certificate or relevant tertiary qualification.
Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in verbal and written English.
Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or housekeeping.
