About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join Rotana Hotels’ housekeeping team in Dubai. This 3‑to‑6‑month placement offers hands‑on experience in hotel operations and a chance to develop professional skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and public areas.
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Participate in training sessions and development programmes provided by the Learning and Development department.
• Collaborate with multicultural staff and adhere to Rotana’s service protocols.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a recognised Hotel Management or related university program.
• Strong passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with a professional presentation.
