Housekeeping Manager – Pre‑Opening Hotels

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team for pre‑opening hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality guest experiences through efficient operations, strict standards, and effective budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, control and inspect daily housekeeping operations to ensure compliance with group processes, procedures and standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies expenses, develop shift schedules and control the budget and manpower capacity.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, maintaining the highest level of service and discretion.
• Coordinate with the Front Office to align cleaning schedules with room occupancy status.
• Work closely with Engineering and Food & Beverage teams to clean rooms, outlets and public areas as required.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and procure materials to guarantee availability.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment policies, delivering world‑class hospitality services.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or College Degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in international hospitality, including at least 2 years managing a housekeeping team.
• Proven ability to resolve guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
