As a Housekeeping Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure every guest experiences the warmth and comfort of a well‑maintained environment. You will set standards, coach staff, and uphold Hilton’s brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily duties and supervise room attendants to maintain efficient housekeeping operations.
• Train, coach, schedule and evaluate staff performance in line with Hilton standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of check‑out and occupied rooms to guarantee cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond to guest needs, including VIP and special requests, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Inspect service areas, corridors and storerooms, report maintenance defects and follow up on resolutions.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, controlling costs and availability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
