About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the hotel’s rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will lead a team of housekeepers, coordinate daily cleaning schedules, and guarantee memorable guest experiences through impeccable service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve daily cleaning targets.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for quality, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.
- Plan and adjust work schedules, assign tasks, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room status, lost‑and‑found items, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
