Housekeeping Team Leader (Female)

About the role

Hyatt in Dubai is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Team Leader (female) to oversee housekeeping operations, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement all mandatory brand standards and optional standards where appropriate.
• Report adverse guest comments and lost or damaged items.
• Ensure Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 are consistently applied.
• Act on Consumer Audit results and implement required changes.
• Collaborate with associates across departments to support overall hotel success.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate linen processing activities.
• Maintain par stocks for equipment, supplies, and inventory items.
• Control requisitioning, storage, and careful use of operating equipment and supplies.
• Report major issues, discrepancies, or garment defects to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager.
• Oversee proper sorting, washing, dry‑cleaning, and packing of guest garments.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years solid experience in housekeeping operations.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about hospitality with an energetic personality.
