Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network in Dubai, where you will lead a team of room attendants to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role combines daily operational oversight with staff development and ensures a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings, inspections of employee grooming, and on‑the‑job training for room attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors and pantries to maintain top‑level cleanliness and address VIP room requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering for maintenance follow‑up, prepare job orders and manage equipment.
• Handle lost & found reporting, discrepancy reports for front office, and oversee fumigation and “Do Not Disturb” room processes.
• Monitor inventory of linen, flower arrangements and ensure proper trolley placement in corridors.
• Supervise PA attendants, manage service matters for guests, and ensure compliance with key issue procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel.
• Passionate about extraordinary service and able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional grooming at all times.
