Houseman – Hotel Housekeeping Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Houseman to join the housekeeping team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The role supports guest services and ensures the cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all housekeeping and Guest Service calls (FCS requests) promptly.
• Ensure guest requests are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantries, stores, and service areas, including daily mopping and tidying.
• Check assigned block pantries and stores for maintenance issues such as fused lights and report them to the housekeeping office.
• Assist room attendants by providing necessary supplies and supporting them when needed.
• Keep HK Tuk Tuk carts clean on a daily basis and ensure extra beds and cribs are well maintained.
• Monitor health and safety concerns, report any issues, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collect recycling and garbage daily and ensure proper disposal according to hotel procedures.
• Manage master key and phone during shift and communicate with the housekeeping office as required.
• Report shortages of linen, guest supplies, or cleaning materials to the supervisor promptly.
