HPE POD Modular Data Center Solutions

About the role

This hybrid position is based in Dubai and requires you to work on average two days per week from an HPE office. You will lead business development for HPE's Modular Data Center (POD) and AI infrastructure solutions across the UKIMEA region, helping customers adopt high‑performance computing, AI and cloud workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, shape and convert opportunities for modular data‑center solutions.
• Collaborate with external customers, strategic partners and internal sales teams.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle and support deal execution.
• Work closely with account teams, solution architects, supply‑chain and delivery organizations.
• Contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market insight to influence product strategy and portfolio evolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales of data‑center, HPC or AI infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite in Dubai).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple regions.
• Willingness to travel within the UKIMEA market as needed.
