About the role
We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting recruitment, onboarding and visa processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations. The successful candidate will bring a western background and a strong understanding of local employment law.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide guidance on UAE labour law and visa procedures for employees and applicants.
- Support continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.
Required profile
- Western background with experience working in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
- Solutions‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Desirable knowledge of Qatar and Saudi Arabia labour legislation.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes.
- Experience managing onboarding for successful applicants.
