HR Business Partner – Middle East

About the role

Global Maritime is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its regional operations across Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt. You will act as the primary HR liaison for the Middle East, aligning local talent initiatives with the Group’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR point of contact for the region, bridging regional leadership and Group HR.
• Design and implement people strategies that drive regional growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Translate global HR initiatives into culturally relevant, localized programs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with regional statutory requirements and internal audits.
• Lead Emiratisation and workforce localisation projects, managing pension coordination and national employment obligations.
• Deliver accurate HR data to inform global strategy and maintain audit‑ready processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic consultant and partner with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Middle East employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across cultures.
