HR Business Partner – Riyadh

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its Riyadh team. In this full‑time position you will act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating business needs into effective human‑resource solutions that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational departments to understand business objectives and deliver aligned HR solutions.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Analyze organizational challenges and recommend practical improvements for productivity and workplace effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and support performance appraisal cycles and development plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development centers of excellence.
• Participate in workforce planning, align staffing with expansion plans, and produce data‑driven HR metric reports.
• Support change‑management initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee experience.
• Prepare regular HR performance reports and provide insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR or organizational support experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Problem‑solving and advisory capabilities.
