HR Director (Emirati)

About the role

The HR Director (Emirati) will act as an employee champion and a change leader for a Dubai‑based organization. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the human‑capital strategy and ensure the HR function delivers high‑impact results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance across talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, and training & leadership development.
• Serve as a strategic human‑capital business advisor to the senior management team.
• Develop and implement initiatives, policies, and programs that create consistency and complement existing practices.
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to achieve cost efficiencies while retaining top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Management.
• Minimum 15 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a services‑oriented business with both corporate and business‑unit exposure.
• Mandatory experience with Dubai government entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work.
