About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Executive to lead HR operations in our Dubai office. The role requires deep knowledge of UAE labour regulations and hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, employee records and documentation.
- Lead recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour approvals, medical insurance enrollment, renewals and changes.
- Ensure compliance with Emiratisation, pension registration, GPSSA and other UAE National employment requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, performance evaluations, KPI tracking, attendance records and warning letters.
- Monitor employee performance and facilitate evaluations with department managers.
- Maintain alignment with company policies and UAE regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of proven HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures and employee relations.
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, contracts, leave management, payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Experience handling Emiratisation, pension, GPSSA and medical insurance processes.
- Ability to prepare performance evaluations, KPI reports and disciplinary documentation.
- Excellent reporting, organisational and communication skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
- Must provide experience certificates/references from previous UAE employers.
