HR Executive – Employee Relations & Engagement

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to join the team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. The role will support colleagues across the hotel, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee queries, requests and employment discussions to boost satisfaction and performance.
• Act as the primary HR contact for department teams, providing coverage during business hours.
• Prepare letters, contracts, certificates and coordinate documents that require internal signatures.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee files, manage supply stock levels, process purchase orders and support compliance and audit activities.
• Organise and drive colleague engagement events, recognition programmes and CSR initiatives such as the “Spirit of Jumeirah” awards and Colleague of the Month/Year.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within HR, talent acquisition or the hospitality sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Customer‑focused attitude with experience supporting employees, candidates or internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems, databases and related administrative processes.
