About the role
Emirates is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead its global industrial relations strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR Compensation & Benefits, you will act as the subject‑matter expert on industrial relations, guiding business leaders and ensuring compliance across all Emirates Group entities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement a comprehensive industrial relations strategy for the Emirates Group worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, collective bargaining agreements and internal policies.
- Build frameworks for collaboration and knowledge transfer across HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programmes for managers on labour relations, conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Monitor labour market trends, regulatory changes and industry developments to anticipate risks.
- Report critical global industrial metrics, trends and initiatives to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in industrial relations or related HR functions.
- Proven expertise in conflict resolution, collective bargaining and employment legislation.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and ability to advise senior executives.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a global mindset.
