About the role
This internship gives practical exposure to human resources functions within the hospitality industry. The HR intern supports the HR team in daily operations and administrative work while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Help with recruitment: CV screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities, keeping documentation complete and records up to date.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events and training sessions.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations and employee data; respond to basic employee queries.
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
- Keep employee information confidential and follow company policies, EHS procedures and HR guidelines.
