HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist will ensure efficient, compliant delivery of core HR processes for Thales in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with People Support Services and business leaders, the role supports performance management, employee relations and data‑driven HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the full Performance Management Cycle and other core HR processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse HR metrics and people analytics to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and corrective plans, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Interpret employee engagement survey results, develop action plans and support initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement.
• Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar HR function.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
