HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end HR processes, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, and support the employee lifecycle across our Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits with Finance.
• Administer HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, leave balances, vacancies and workforce analytics.
• Support visa, work permit and employee documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Assist performance‑management cycles, probation confirmations and contract renewals.
• Support internal and external HR audits and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance and department managers to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration, preferably in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to produce HR reporting and dashboards.
