HR Partner – Builder Experience Team (BeXT)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for an HR Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Dubai. In this role you will help shape the employee experience for AWS Builders, partnering with leaders to deliver people‑focused solutions that drive engagement, inclusion and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, coach and develop leaders on talent management, performance, compensation and employee‑relations matters.
• Champion an inclusive environment and act as a role model for diversity across the organization.
• Advocate for Builders’ needs by designing end‑to‑end experiences that increase engagement and value.
• Serve as an escalation point, mentor teammates and model Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to innovate and implement HR strategies.
• Navigate a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, prioritising work and pivoting as needed.
