HR Personnel Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Personnel Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day HR administrative activities and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies. The role serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and supports the HR team in handling employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and requests.
• Receive, review, and follow up on employee cases until resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, management, payroll, and other departments to address employee‑related issues.
• Handle employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations.
• Provide guidance on UAE Labour Law, company policies, employee rights, and HR procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing resignations, terminations, and employee exits.
• Prepare and coordinate final settlements, covering leave balances, salary, deductions, notice periods, and other entitlements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee cases, actions taken, and pending matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR/personnel experience within the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, complaints, disciplinary cases, resignations, terminations, and final settlements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
