HR Recruiter (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented HR Recruiter to join the WYCON Cosmetics HR team at our Dubai headquarters. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from profile definition to onboarding.
• Proactively source and attract candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Analyze hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Support employer branding activities and HR projects.
• Collaborate with the HR team at our Italian HQ and other international functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
• Fluent in both Italian and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Excellent organizational and priority‑management skills.
• Proactive approach, speed of execution and strong results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
