HR Services & Immigration Specialist – UAE

About the role

We are looking for an HR Services and Immigration Specialist to manage UAE immigration operations and support Emiratization hiring across Kyndryl’s Dubai entities. The role coordinates case administration, documentation review and works closely with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition and external immigration providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE immigration operations through internal coordination, case administration, data collection, documentation review and timely follow‑up.
• Ensure all Kyndryl data, approvals and employee documentation are accurate, complete and submitted within required timelines.
• Partner with Global Mobility & Immigration, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees and the immigration provider to enable efficient case progression and Emiratization alignment.
• Coordinate with Country HR Leader and business stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, data accuracy and process discipline.
• Review and validate employee and case information, including contracts, salary details, job titles, employment terms and required immigration documents.
• Monitor immigration case progress, government notifications, timelines and dependencies to mitigate delays.
• Drive follow‑ups on missing documentation, approvals, UAE Pass actions, e‑signatures, medicals, biometrics and other requirements.
• Respond to MOHRE and other ministry communications in coordination with the immigration provider and Country HR Leader.
• Facilitate accurate capture of funding details and cost centre information with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Escalate delays, risks, exceptions or complex matters to appropriate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in UAE immigration processes or HR coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratization rules and UAE government immigration authorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and external providers.
