About the role
Graystone Capital is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to lead the full spectrum of human‑resources activities for its Dubai office. The role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and job offers.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID applications and medical insurance.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS and other statutory employment requirements.
- Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration.
- Support monthly payroll and liaise with the Finance team.
- Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Drive performance management, training initiatives and employee‑relations matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic mandatory).
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS and visa procedures.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
Required skills
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with CIPD or SHRM certification (preferred).
