HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will support Bureau Veritas operations in Abu Dhabi by managing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, visa processing, payroll, and employee relations in line with UAE labour regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑ and post‑recruitment activities, issue offer letters and collect acceptances.
• Collect and organise employee documentation, manage visa and work‑permit applications.
• Prepare employment contracts, track visa renewals and maintain leave records.
• Coordinate onboarding for new and re‑joining staff, including training data entry in SuccessFactors.
• Process payroll using RAMCO, generate payslips, and provide salary‑related support.
• Issue bonus letters, salary certificates, experience and warning letters.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and assist operations and HSE teams.
• Manage exit formalities and calculate end‑of‑service benefits according to local labour law.

Required profile

• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and BV CoE & Integration policies.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, visa administration, and payroll processing.
• Ability to prepare HR reports and support employee engagement activities.
