HSE Officer – Site (Gas Processing & Compression)

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join its site team in Abu Dhabi, supporting a large‑scale PMC project involving gas processing and compression. The role focuses on ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across all on‑shore and offshore activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures for gas processing, compression and pipeline works.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and incident investigations on multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and operations teams to ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
• Lead HSE training, toolbox talks and emergency response drills for site personnel.
• Prepare HSE reports, metrics and documentation for client and regulatory review.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years on on‑shore and offshore projects.
• Proven experience in EPC, gas pipeline, NGL pipeline networks and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Hands‑on experience with ADNOC gas processing and pipeline projects.
