HSE Specialist – Personal Safety & WMS

About the role

The HSE Specialist will lead the Personal Safety & WMS team in developing, reviewing and implementing health, safety and environment programs for ADNOC projects. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC policies, local regulations and international standards while supporting project expansion, modification or closure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor HSE management systems, audit plans and safety procedures across all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce legal requirements and supervise assigned HSE personnel.
• Review and approve safety and environmental studies, design documents and consultant deliverables to ensure conformity with company standards.
• Lead the preparation of the Annual Sustainability Report and provide guidance during construction and commissioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a scientific field; Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in safety engineering and HSE management systems.
• Professional membership in an international safety engineering organization is preferred.
