HSE Training Manager – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an HSE Training Manager to lead the design, coordination and delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental training across all its attractions and operations in Abu Dhabi. The role will foster a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with local regulations and ISO 45001, and equip colleagues with the knowledge to work safely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation’s HSE training strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses, competency assessments and maintain up‑to‑date training matrices for every department.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve classroom, practical, on‑the‑job and e‑learning HSE programmes.
• Manage all mandatory inductions, refresher courses and competency‑based development pathways.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, audits and incident data.
• Maintain accurate records of training, certifications, competency evaluations and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate certification examinations and liaise with external training providers, certification bodies and accreditation organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and delivering HSE training programmes.
• Familiarity with local HSE regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct training needs analyses and manage competency frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
