HSQE Correspondent – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an HSQE Correspondent to join our QHSE team in Dubai. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of the HSQE Management System, focusing on health, safety and environmental activities. It is open to UAE nationals, including junior candidates with a relevant academic background.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the HSQE Management System.
• Monitor HSE incidents, trends and performance data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and internal analyses on HSQE performance.
• Maintain incident management systems and related records.
• Assist in drafting, updating and maintaining HSQE procedures, manuals and documentation.
• Support internal and external audit activities and follow‑up on findings.
• Coordinate HSE briefings, awareness initiatives and training activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and reporting according to internal procedures.
• Prepare communication materials related to health, safety, quality and environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on QHSE projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• UAE national with strong motivation to develop a career in QHSE.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.
• Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 (environment) standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) standards.
