Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Grandiose is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its rapidly expanding retail supermarket and eCommerce operations. The role will act as a strategic HR partner, driving performance, workforce planning and employee relations across both internal and outsourced teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a performance culture by implementing KPIs, performance reviews and corrective actions for eCommerce, call‑center and outsourced staff.
• Support workforce planning for dark‑store expansion, peak demand periods and overall business growth.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and act as a trusted advisor to managers.
• Assist in organizational development by identifying role gaps, capability needs and improving team structures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labour laws and manage HR processes such as onboarding, transfers and exits.
• Lead targeted engagement initiatives that focus on performance and retention.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail, supermarket or eCommerce environments.
• Proven experience managing large workforces, including outsourced staff.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings and manage senior stakeholders.
