Human Resources Generalist – Full‑Cycle HR Support

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with the CEO and employees to manage day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and provide essential HR support to the whole organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee off‑boarding, resignation and termination procedures.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure managers and staff follow HR policies and applicable labor laws.
• Handle employee queries and provide day‑to‑day HR support.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and other employment‑related documents.
• Support leave, attendance, insurance, visa and other HR administration tasks.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS, payroll or HR management systems (advantage).
