Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support people operations and enhance the employee experience across our diverse workforce. The role focuses on day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, engagement and grievance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and provide HR support to operational staff.
• Handle grievances, concerns and workplace issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Support and drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programmes.
• Conduct employee interactions and follow‑ups to improve overall experience.
• Coordinate welfare and recognition initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with disciplinary processes, counselling sessions and case management in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in employee relations, engagement and grievance management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, preferably within facilities or service‑oriented organisations.
