Human Resources Intern – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join our People & Culture team as a Human Resources Intern focused on Talent Acquisition. You will support the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new joiners, gaining practical experience in a fast‑moving corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Bayt and other job portals.
• Post job ads on internal and external platforms.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding tasks, including document collection and joiner checklists.
• Coordinate logistics with Admin and IT for new‑joiner equipment setup.
• Update recruitment trackers and prepare weekly reports.
• Support career fair and university outreach events.
• Help maintain candidate and employee files in compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare visa and onboarding documents in collaboration with HR operations.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Bayt for candidate sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other HRIS platforms (preferred).
