Human Resources Manager – Dubai

About the role

EQX Real Estate is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape people strategies that support the company’s growth in the luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Design and deliver training and development programs.
• Administer payroll, performance evaluations and compensation processes.
• Promote an inclusive culture that reflects company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in real‑estate or luxury sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee retention and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, performance‑evaluation systems and local labor‑law compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
