A leading real estate brokerage in Dubai is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to head its HR function. This senior leadership position will drive HR operations, shape people strategy, and nurture a high‑performance culture in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end‑to‑end HR operations across multiple business units.
• Align HR strategy with aggressive growth and expansion plans.
• Design and implement performance‑management frameworks that enforce accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and internal governance standards.
• Strengthen HR systems, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of HR experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in high‑growth, performance‑driven industries (real‑estate preferred).
• Strong business acumen – understands revenue, targets, and operational pressure.
• Hands‑on leader who can execute as well as strategise.
• Confident stakeholder manager capable of influencing senior leadership.
