Human Resources Manager

About the role

Merchant & Co., a growing full‑service real estate company in Dubai, is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead its internal HR function. You will establish policies, manage recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage core HR policies and processes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE employment law and MOHRE.
• Organized, discreet and confident communicator.
