About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the Middle East Regional Team, supporting operations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Turkey. The role involves extensive travel within the region and reports to the Regional Director – Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Providing end‑to‑end operational HR support across the Middle East region.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Recruiting talent for high‑performing teams.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and practices regionally.
- Partnering with country and regional managers to build engaged, high‑performing teams.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience leading an HR function with a small to medium‑size team.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Strong operational HR background.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Assertive self‑starter with superior communication abilities.
- Ability to deliver practical HR outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
