Human Resources Manager – People & Culture (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead People & Culture initiatives for a fast‑growing residential community maintenance company in Dubai’s most exclusive neighborhoods. You will shape the employee journey from day one, ensuring compliance, culture, and performance are consistently high.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for field technicians and engineers.
• Own the end‑to‑end employee experience, including probation reviews, pulse checks, and timely one‑to‑one interventions.
• Maintain and nurture company culture through recognition programs, rituals, and standards.
• Ensure full compliance with MOHRE contracts, visa processes, Emirates IDs, insurance, and UAE labour law.
• Run the recruitment pipeline: sourcing, scheduling, scorecards, reference checks, and delivering offers within 48 hours of final interviews.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of HR or People Operations experience in the UAE.
• Hands‑on expertise with MOHRE, visa processing, WPS, and UAE labour regulations.
• Proven track record managing a multicultural, field‑based workforce (technicians, engineers).
• Experience building HR processes from scratch and sustaining them over time.
