Human Resources Manager – Real Estate Recruitment (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai real‑estate team. The role focuses on recruiting and onboarding real‑estate professionals, including agents, sales consultants, telecallers and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and recruitment networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with management.
• Maintain an active database/pipeline of potential candidates.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Conduct onboarding and ensure new hires understand company policies.
• Maintain employee records and support basic HR administration such as attendance and leave.
• Assist management with performance management and employee‑related matters.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience in the UAE real‑estate industry.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate recruitment and proven experience hiring agents and sales professionals.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social‑media hiring.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and follow up diligently.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
