Human Resources Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related communications.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits documentation.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior HR experience in the UAE or a comparable market.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and UAE labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
