Human Resources Specialist – GCC Operations

About the role

Galadari Heavy Equipment Division is seeking a motivated and people‑orientated Human Resources Specialist to support our operations in the United Arab Emirates, KSA & Qatar. This role requires a well‑rounded HR generalist who can independently manage day‑to‑day people operations and partner closely with our wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles across multiple business units.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes.
• Assist department managers with performance management and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalisation goals (UAE/KSA).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
• Sound knowledge of UAE, KSA & Qatar labour law.
• Proven experience recruiting across the GCC.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive or industrial sectors strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
