Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join Boon Stay Vacation Homes Rental LLC in Dubai, supporting the full employee lifecycle for this premium hospitality brand. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on implementing HR policies, managing records, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Assist managers with performance management, personnel matters and conflict resolution.
• Support payroll‑related HR activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle employee queries, drive engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong HR and HR‑management expertise.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits and UAE labour laws.
• Effective personnel‑management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, real‑estate or service‑driven sectors (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.
