HVAC TAB Technician

About the role

The HVAC TAB Technician will support the testing, commissioning and balancing of HVAC systems on construction sites in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience working alongside senior technicians while ensuring all equipment operates to design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in testing and commissioning of AHU, FCU, chillers, DX units and ventilation systems.
• Support senior technicians during site inspections and activities.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment under supervision.
• Perform ducting, piping, insulation and equipment checks according to drawings and specifications.
• Use tools and instruments safely and follow site safety rules.
• Prepare basic site reports and assist in documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (freshers or up to 2 years experience).
• Previous T‑Balancing experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and one of Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil.
