HVAC Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

The HVAC Technician will ensure the comfort and safety of residential and commercial spaces by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems. You will work on a variety of projects, from new installations to emergency repairs, while adhering to safety standards and energy‑efficiency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service HVAC systems to achieve optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, recommend upgrades or replacements, and produce detailed condition reports.
• Program thermostats and ensure accurate temperature control.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair calls to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with a recognized HVAC certification.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
