HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician will join the facilities team at Millennium Place Marina, ensuring that all heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems operate efficiently and safely. This full‑time position involves hands‑on work across the property to maintain optimal indoor climate control.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimise unexpected breakdowns.
• Replace faulty components and ensure systems meet safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to coordinate system upgrades.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to respond promptly to service calls and work effectively in a team.
• Good record‑keeping and communication skills.
