About the role
DXC Technology is looking for an experienced IAM & PAM Engineer – Level 3 to design, implement and support enterprise Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise IAM and PAM platforms.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, modification, de‑provisioning, role assignment and access reviews.
- Implement and support RBAC, least‑privilege, segregation of duties, MFA, SSO and conditional access.
- Manage privileged accounts, credentials, password vaulting, rotation, session monitoring and privileged access workflows.
- Integrate IAM/PAM solutions with Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, databases, servers, cloud platforms and network/security devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot federation and authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Kerberos.
- Provide L3 troubleshooting for complex authentication, authorization, provisioning, privileged access, connector and integration issues.
- Support onboarding of applications, systems, service accounts and privileged accounts into IAM/PAM platforms.
- Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity and security configurations.
- Assist security investigations and remediation involving identity compromise, privileged accounts, excessive permissions or unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with SOC/MDR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application and directory services teams.
- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, integrations, access models and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 72 months (6 years) of hands‑on experience in IAM and PAM engineering.
- Proven experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management, privileged account security and access governance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at L3 level for authentication, authorization and integration issues.
- Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with cross‑functional security and infrastructure teams.
- Relevant experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
